Old cooking oil that was used to make chicken wings for the Superbowl. It could be canola or corn oil, I just can't get that specific.

i concur with raizelle, it's egg yolk
Although Raizelle seems correct it lacks the crusty halo that would be left by the egg white so i am going with OJ
an egg for sure!
